We are a small family owned and operated farm located in the Southern Tier Region of New York State. We bought our first female and male in 2004 and have been in love with them ever since. Our goal is to breed quality and affordable alpacas. Correct conformation, wonderful fiber, and gentle dispositions are what we are looking for in our alpacas. Things have been going well for us, we have had 6 out of 6 female crias born here.
Alpaca fiber is one of nature's gift to us. It is very warm and doesn't have the "itch" factor like sheep wool. It can be made into yarn or felt than made into blankets, hats, clothing and many other things. Some products come from Peru, but people here in the USA are making wonderful products as well. Usually once people get their hands on the fiber they can't wait to work with the fiber themselves. You want handmade or green products, alpacas are the way to go.
We have pregnant females, maiden females, jr. herdsires, and herdsires available. We provide breeding services, limited boarding, fiber skirting, farm store, and unlimited advice by phone or e-mail.
We value quality alpacas and customer satisfaction. A scheduled farm visit will be welcomed. If you like the "changing of the leaves", then a Fall visit would be right for you. We look forward to seeing you.
